Having purchased all of Julie Le Clerc's books over the years (with recipes that have stood the test of time/fads), it was an easy decision to also add this excellent book to my collection – thank you Mighty Ape for making it affordable to do so!

This beautiful book is not only presents each recipe in the most mouth watering way, but each dish is easy and economical to make, with ingredients found in most kiwi pantries. Plenty of them are suitable for every day meals but could be easily dressed to serve as devine dinner party delights.
