Prolific cookbook author, food writer and celebrity chef Julie Le Clerc's life
is dedicated to food and travel. A local cafe and catering background and
extensive world travels provide the inspiration for Julie to continue developing
her own stylish and satisfying recipes. She now works as a freelance food and
travel writer and is a popular cooking demonstrator at various events around the
country. The Julie Le Clerc range of small-batch production savoury preserves
are produced in collaboration with Sabato. Julie is the food editor for Next
magazine.
