I like these. The taste is really nice and the chew lasts for ages. I recommend a chew for those who may have problems with their gut and find they are taking mediation. The Xylitol can (will) cause a major loosening affect – if you get my drift – but such a nicer way to clear out your system than nasty stuff from Dr or pharmacy. Just beware, you don't need to chew many! Overall a nice tasting chewing Gum and love the good sized pieces.
