My favourite game pad. Works with windows 10 and perfect for steam.

This is an update to Logitech's Dual Action controller. They've added XBox 360 gamepad support for a lot of newer games that have been designed to immediately work with the 360 gamepad.

Previously you had to disable gamepad in the game's options menu's and use Logitech's pro­filing software to map the gamepad's keys to mouse and keyboard so this will definitely save a step.

I've tried over three hundred PC games and there were only about three that I could not get mapped properly to the Dual Action (Undergarden, Deus Ex Invisible Wars & Hammer Fight). Logitech is thee best gamepad and best computer component manufacturer.

Works fine with all my old games (using DirectInput)

Flick the switch over to emulate (XInput/ Xbox 360 controler) for newer “Games for Windows” PC games (like the PC Lego series etc).

No rumble, but wired so no recharging batterys.

Controller is very easy to use and comes at an affordable price. Excellent for those PC games which are easy to play with a controller. Easy to hold and has similar layout to XBOX controller!

After about three months of use it started acting up. The left trigger would register at randomm without being pressed, leaving most of my games unplayable with it.

It's a shame, because other than that fault it's a brilliant gamepad. Much like a Playstation controller, but heavier, with more resistance in the buttons and sticks.

I don't game a lot, hence why I prefer cords to wireless. And I still have an ancient joystick from the 90's as a displaypiece here. But this gamepad is just what I need to play some Grand Theft Auto on Steam when I have some downtime which is rare!

It does everything it says it will, although the triggers are very stiff and hard to press. Overall the worst part is that the shape of it makes it feel tiny in my average size hands to the point I'd cramp if I used it for more than an hour

Works great, just download drivers. However games feel odd without the vibration. So I just ordered the other version :)

This is a really great controller, I've never played on a Xbox before so I had to get used to the buttons. But overall it is a really great controller to use for your PC games!

Haven't really had a good go with this controller but enjoyed it so far.

Very reasonably priced controller that works like a treat.

I use it for things like Cuphead/Enter The Gungeon and it tracks your input very well. Worth the money!

Best for playing FIFA and other games too. People with small hands might find it uncomfortable because the controller is quite big.

I cannot believe how good this thing is for its price. It looks horribly dated but my god everything is as it should be buttons all feel excellent, the d pad is very tactile and satisfying, thumbsticks have just the right amount of resistance. My only complaint is the triggers feel very weird and are incredibly heavy. You can switch it between joystick and xinput mode with the flick of a switch on the back so this thing works brilliantly with anything from dark souls to your old copy of road rash. Function over form in short, which I can absolutely appreciate. A must have if you need a controller.

I'm unco-ordinated af with a mouse+keyboard combo in any game that requires driving, so when I grabbed Mafia III I purchased this too – my first PC gaming controller. Having been exclusively a Playstation girl up until I got my gaming PC a year and a half ago their controller shape is embedded into my muscle memory, so this was a bit awkward to use at first, and I still can't use it for hours on end. The back triggers aren't as easy to use and the grips are a bit fatter so driving took a while to get used to.

Works straight out of the box, plug and play, and works with everything I have. A must have for those who are needing a controller.

Great fitting gamepad, I was a bit skeptic when it came to how it'd feel, being used to Xbox360 controllers, but it fits my hands perfectly, is smooth and responsive.

Affordable controller.

Extremely responsive d pad for platformers etc. Better than 360. About par with nintendo d pads.

Buttons a bit louder than other controllers I've used.

Good build quality and good fit for small hands.

Slightly tight triggers which may annoy people who use triggers often. I don't so this isn't a problem.

All around greatest cheap controller to buy today if you need a quality d pad.

I purchased this amazingly priced controller for playing the odd PC game where I am not comfortable with a keyboard and mouse. The drivers installed automatically and PC games automatically recognize it as an Xbox type controller so game support is very large.

Highly recommend this controller, great value for money.

Not amazing but for the price it can't be beat. Surprisingly comfortable but it's a bit weird not having vibration feedback. Love how it connects to Steam – games automatically detect you're using the controller!

Exactly what you want. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Been using it for a month now and love it so much that I bought a second one for my wife! No button sticking, very smooth movement on the sticks and no responsiveness issues. I'm running Yosmite on a Macbook Pro Retina and it works perfectly. You may need to install an 360 controller driver to get it working on a Mac but I already had one installed so I'm not certain.

The controller isn't too bad in terms of how it functions. However, I do find the D-pad quite clunky. I'm not sure if this controller is worth what I paid for it, and I think I would have probably been better off just saving up for an official Xbox controller.

Works great like many Logitech items I have brought. Good for gaming.

No problem with it, pretty average

Needed a gamepad to pass some missions on GTA SA that were just impossible on my Macbook keyboard. Worked perfectly. Great sturdy gamepad at a really good price. If you're buying this for Mac, just remember to switch the input on the bottom from ‘X’ to ‘D’ – after that, it works fine!

Great controller, very responsive. Unfortunately has no vibration function but that's just my own fault for not reading if it did.

I have so far only tried one PC game with this controller but it works awesomely and has a lovely feel to it. There are dents in the back to rest your fingers in, and the layout of the buttons makes it feel like a true Playstation controller. I didn't think it'd be very good since it's so cheap, and planned to only use it as a temporary one until I could afford a high-end one, but I am pleasantly surprised by this and will continue to use it until it no longer works :)

This gamepad does everything you'd want it to, and then some. It is so versatile, you can even play MMOs with it(after spending a little bit of time setting it up properly, naturally). I don't have any complaints about this product at all.

Controller is compatible with almost every game I've tried to use it with. Simple to plug it in and go, no drivers etc. To install. Would recommend.

Works exactly as you would expect. The only minor nuances were the lack of a scroll reprogrammability and the inability to have a default profile for direct input (one that's not application specific). Other than that, fantastic gamepad, I would definitely recommend.

Seems to do everything you would expect, no drawbacks so far. A very good budget controller for those that don't want to shell out $60 for 360 controller for PC.

Works great with Saints Row the Third. Other games, not quite so good compatibility. Many controls end up being back to front, and there isn't full customisability of functions in a lot of games – particularly annoying when you jump into a car, and instead of accelerating with triggers, you push A button or breaks were one of the top bumper buttons

It's a good, sturdy, functional gamepad. Thumbsticks are a little unresponsive and imprecise when you're used to keyboard and mouse, but then again, isn't everything-

Controller is too large, the buttons are insanely loud and the shoulder buttons are just bad to use. I wasn't expecting that from Logitech, glad I didn't get the wireless one, waste of money. Xbox Controller for PC is the best solution so far.

The deadzones are fine. The dpad may be a smidge _better_ than the real 360 controller, but it's much the same. The triggers are tighter, and feel like they have less range than the original. The mode switch on the front turns the dpad into the left analogue stick, which is useful for poorly coded games. There's an XInput<->DirectInput switch on the back which might come in handy for some older games.

The one I received had a sticky ‘A’ button. Not wanting to wait for the returns malarky, I pulled it apart – the construction is simple, and fixing it was no issue. I've no idea if this was an endemic problem, or a one-off issue.

I'm not a fan of gamepad, so I searched for a gamepad that able to use in virtually all games running on PC. This gamepad works well and feel solid in hands.

Finally found a gamepad for computers at a fair price; I've been looking for a while,must now learn all about using it properly.

Quite responsive. Only two annoyances, I'll be playing and accidentally hit the mode button which swaps the functions of the d-pad and left analogue stick which gives control issues. I'm also not a fan of the moulding of the underside, it's not uncomfortable, but it's not really comfortable either.

Works well with all 360 games and DX as well! Recommend.
