Drawing on the success of the TV series, Dr Tanya Byron and Sacha Baveystock offer a concise and effective guide to developing co-operative behaviour in your family, to enable you to make the most of your family and have more fun with your children. Each of us - adults and children are individual in the ways in which we interact with each other and react to situations. As parents, we need to understand that the way we behave affects the way our children act and react to us. Through the book, the authors demonstrate there are a simple series of steps that you can take to encourage your children to behave as you would like and make life more pleasant for them and more pleasant for you.
