You know, that other show some people claimed Lexx copied? Lexx was created and broadcast first, and in the scope of more than, less than or different than, Lexx is more than its competitors in terms of mature story line. While I won't claim it to be in any way realistic, it is less contrived than it's more “Hollywood” copies.

Some of the effects may appear dated, and I thought that they looked as though they had a low budget even at the time they were produced. It doesn't matter. The dialogue and ideas presented continue to have me shaking my head in amazement and laughter.

The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because there is more where this came from!

Love this tv series just as I remembered it. Just brilliant storylines and great scenes with the awesome gruesome bits. All round recommend to anyone that loves sci-fi genre.

I loved this series when I was younger, and wanted to see if it was as good as I remember – it certainly was! While the graphics aren't what we tend to expect these days, they were pretty good for their time. Season one definitely leaves you hanging out for more!
