Chef Grace Ramirez's life and travels come alive through the stunning food photography intertwined with beautiful pictures of markets and everyday life in Latin America. I enjoy reading about her family stories and learning about different ingredients. The recipes are clear and concise, and give me confidence to try something new for dinner!

Coming from a household where all our members have different allergies but nonetheless all are picky eaters and hard to please… I can tell with confidence this book is just perfect! After making few recipes we all got hooked. The flavors are exciting and have lots of depth. On my selfish side, as a mom is approved too. The recipes are easily explained and easy to replicate!

This book allows me to be connected to the flavors of my beautiful Latin America. Actually to the soul! The imagery and recipes are display in such a way that it takes you through a journey of memories of feelings, colors and of course unique flavors. What a better way to discover a place's culture but through the food. And by the hand of Chef Grace Ramirez it's always a pleasure!

I'm not experienced in the kitchen, but I still enjoy making these recipes and love the results. The book is so beautiful that it begs to be picked up; the pictures really are true to the dishes. I love the diversity: every dish is from a different country in Latinoamerica, making it feel like you are traveling along with the author. Makes for a perfect gift as well.

This book is a true gem! I like to browse all the good stuff in it. I love the real personal stories and all the facts about latin food and culture. It's organized into sections such as drinks, deserts or entrees. Then each recipe is sorted alphabetically which makes it AWESOME when you're rushing before your dinner party and you're looking for that one dish. My favorite thing- The tips! After you read all the steps of the recipe, the book gives you super useful tidbits of information that not only make the dish better, but turns you into a better chef.
