The story is about de Ming a national secret; it is the first cybornetic organism, programmed with a sophisticated social conscience created by the Chines government. Without knowing its robotic identity, the villagers love the newcomer when it is sent to remote are for a test of its safety. De Ming undergoes a handful of challenges which mostly are solved with no trouble, except one. Su Mei a fellow officer falls for De Ming.
