A rather shy, almost reclusive woman is awakened during the night by a strange tingling sensation throughout her whole body, and from that moment on she becomes a changed person, part Krista Sue and part Kreyenda 7R.We follow the life of Krista Sue and her husband, as well as others, through twenty years as the little town -- her lifelong home -- slips into oblivion and no one really seems to care.
