"A must for all kiwi food lovers."

We enjoyed watching the T.V series so much we bought the DVD. The host (Richard Till) a very talented and funny chef is a joy to watch, he makes cooking look very easy and fun. We enjoy the involvement of the locals from around NZ and their recipes and the way Richard adds them into his cooking but with his own style. He's great to watch and very funny, it's a mouth watering experience every time we watch it and can't wait for another exciting series. I wish I was part of his film crew, they get to eat his wonderful food at the end of each show.

"Richard is dry, and the cooking is great fun to watch."

I thank this series for making me want to get back in the kitchen, stop faffing around with trying to make pretty food, and start churning out good kitchen classics, like lasagne and scalloped potatoes, schnitzel and a good roast. Richard is so dry and funny to watch, but the theme music that plays before every episode does my head in a bit. I also like the fact that he goes to peoples homes around the country and sees them making their specialties. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to cook, or that special breed who like to watch people cook while they are eating their pizza!
