I grabbed a bag of these for my first charcoal bbq experience…simple to use, creates required heat with good burn time. I used them on a pork loin…brined then a quick crack of black pepper, nothing more..as I didn't want to take away any flavour profile from the charcoal. These applewood briquettes gave the pork a nice and interesting/unique taste… Will use again!
