Author Biography

L. PHILLIPS RUNYON, III, has practiced law in Peterborough, NH, for over 40 years, currently as the principal of Runyon Law Office, PLLC. In 1990, Governor Judd Gregg appointed him presiding justice of the Jaffrey-Peterborough District Court, now the 8th Circuit, District Division, Jaffrey. He has also been an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program at Franklin Pierce University. Judge Runyon holds memberships in the American and New Hampshire Bar Associations.
