Hokkaido Shio (Mellow Salt) Ramen – 172g, 2 Servings

These quick cooking ramen noodles are flavoured with mild and mellow salt flavour to bring you a taste of the island of Hokkaido. Shio ramen, or salt ramen, is typically one of the milder and lighter ramen varieties. In Hokkaido, fresh vegetables and ingredients are used to ensure the best tasting ramen. Try making this and topping it with sweet corn, green onions and even a knob of butter for full authenticity.
How To Cook:
- Put a bundle of noodles into 500ml of boiling water. and stir gently. Boil for 2.5mins.
- Remove from the heat. Add the soup and mix well.
- Serve Hot.
