First saw this with my nephews about ten years ago and was amazed with the wonderful story. Have now introduced my daughters to it and has become a regular to watch. Was amazed to find out that Vin Diesel voiced the giant, boy he does an outstanding job. Kids of all ages will love this one.

This movie was produced by Brad Bird under Warner and the only reason that it wasn't as roaring a success as The Incredibles, is because the budget was much smaller culminating in Warner not spending enough on the marketing aspects. Pixar (Disney) then asked Brad Bird to produce The Incredibles. They brought him in because although they were already hugely successful, they didn't want to become complacent and they felt that he was obviously the man to take them to further heights. And we all know that they were proved correct with the success of The Incredibles. The Iron Giant is a moving masterpiece, with much depth and beautifully executed. Whether you are 2 or 80, you will be awed by it and watch it again and again.

Its one of those traditional animated movies, which can be deemed a worthy of being one of the finest films ever made without Disney's assistance.
And, this is one of my favourite childhood films since the early 2000's.
A must for all to watch!
One of the best animations I have seen a long time, rates up there with Spirited away and Howls Moving Castle. My children always ask to watch it,
