ANN BOYCE, is the Director and primary instructor for the Associate Degree and Certificate Program in Environmental Technology at Bakersfield College. A registered Environmental Health Specialist, she has served as Statewide Editor and primary author for California's Environmental Hazardous Material (EHMT) Curriculum and has taught numerous courses on environmental management and emergency response.
