Traditional Czech food are prepared modeled on other Slavic recipes, but has been under various influences throughout the history, mostly from Germany, Slovakia, and Poland. Czech cuisine is rich in meat, mostly steaks, chicken or pork. Probably, the most famous meal in the Czech Republic is goulash, which is usually served with Czech special dumplings.
