A large international conference on Advances in Intelligent Control and Innovative Computing was held in Hong Kong, March March 16-18, 2011, under the auspices of the International MultiConference of Engineers and Computer Scientists (IMECS 2010). Dr. Huang is head of engineering at the Information Sciences and Engineering at the University of Canberra Dr. Castillo is a professor of  Computer Science at the Tijuana Institute of Technology Dr. Ao is currently working out of the Oxford University Computing Laboratory
