Author Biography:

Peter Gomez is at the University of St Gallen, Switzerland. From 1990 he was Professor for Management and Organization at the University of St Gallen and, since 1995, Dean of the Business Administration Faculty and Senior Vice-President of the University. He is the author of ten books and over fifty other publications on Topics of Strategic Management, Systems Thinking in Management and Creating Shareholder Value
