Author Biography

Peter Sergel is the Director of Hamilton City Gardens, regarded as the most stunning public garden in New Zealand. He has been the inspiration behind the extraordinary garden 'collections'. He is a popular guest speaker and lives in Hamilton. Ian Baker has a passion for photographing food, wine and scenery. His photographs have appeared in several books including Vineyards of New Zealand Cookbook, Simply New Zealand and Food, Wine and Art. He has completed many travel assignments overseas and his work has been used by several New Zealand producer boards.
