In Plain Sight

Envisioned and developed by Awaken Media, In Plain Sight seeks to raise awareness of the thousands of women and children who are forced, coerced, or deceived into the commercial sex trade each year in the United States. This documentary film reveals what's happening “in plain sight” – the unthinkable, hidden exploitation of innocent people in their own communities.

This film has been produced for the widest possible audience, accessible to people of all faiths or no faith at all. It is not sexualized for shock value. The aim is not only to educate the viewer, but to offer hope, focusing on the steps six ordinary women have taken to bring healing to the lives of survivors.
