Ours arrived and didn't work. So we unpicked the pillowcase, took out the speaker, took it apart, and found that one of the wires wasn't properly attached. Re-soldered it and put it all back together. If you get one that isn't broken, you'll probably be satisfied, as it's great for listening to music without getting sore ears from your headphones. The speaker tends to move around inside the pillow, and it's more comfortable if you try to keep it near the bottom so you don't feel the hard bump.
