Description

"I Live in Music", first published in 1994, represents the debut of "Welcome's Art and Poetry" series, which celebrates the passions of life through unique pairings of words and art. In this joyful collaboration, the visually dynamic art of Romare Bearden combines with the jazz inspired pattern of Ntozake Shange's words to create a visionary tribute to music and the magical, often mystical rhythms that connect people.
