I ordered this product on Friday of last week & it arrived today! I've used this headset to listen to music & also to make a few voice calls. The headband part is easy to adjust, the cord is nice & long & the padding on the earphones makes the headset great to wear. Things come through so clearly a lot better than the inner ear headset that I was using; had to have the volume very high when I used it for voice calls. I would say for someone like me; who just listens to music & does voice/video calls these would be great value for money. The in-line works great & it's easy to control the volume of things by using the part that is part of the in-line mic
