P.V.R. Rayudu, B.E., M. Tech., a former Senior Scientist and Deputy Director of Defence Research Laboratory of Government of India, has been studying, researching and practising Hindu Astrology for the last three decades. On an invitation from the American Federation of Astrologers, he gave a lecture on his computerised research work of this book. He was awarded 'Daivagna Ratna by the Star Astrological Reseach Centre, Hyderabad, India for his omen service to astrology.
