Author Biography:

Dr Harry Tolley is a Special Professor in the School of Education at the University of Nottingham as well as a researcher, author and freelance consultant. He is the co-author of many best-selling titles such as, How to Pass Numerical Reasoning Tests, How to Pass the Police Selection System and How to Succeed at an Assessment Centre (all published by Kogan Page). Dr Ken Thomas was Principal Lecturer in Educational Management at the Hong Kong Institute of Education, and is now a chartered psychologist and author.
