Description

"Housing Law and Practice" offers a useful reference source for students, housing workers and professionals new to the area of housing law. The text provides a practical examination of the law and procedure that will help to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to complete their course, and will assist housing workers and professionals in advising and representing clients in the county courts. As well as providing a firm background in key areas such as the private rented sector and public housing, this new edition has been fully updated to cover recent developments such as the new provisions on parenting contracts and parenting orders available to social landlords.
