Author Biography

HELEN COPE has worked in housing and urban regeneration since 1975 and has extensive experience of the independent social housing sector. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, she has lectured in housing and social policy and until 1998 was the Chief Executive of the East Thames Housing Group.
