Add one serving (10g) of Havoc to 200mL of cold water and
stir well. Drink immediately, do not refrigerate or leave to stand.
Ideal timing? Consume 20–30 minutes prior to training.
Individuals new to pre-workout supplementation should begin with a half serving
(one level scoop, scoop included in each tub).
Havoc is available in Fusion Berry Flavor in a 330g size
with 33 servings per tub. The powder is contained in a sealed foil bag inside
each tub for maximum freshness – Havoc is very sensitive to
humidity due to the GPLC content. You might find when you buy the product that
it seems solid: that's perfectly normal. The powder is still free-flowing
(it's only superficially hard) and that's why we recommended you keep the
powder in the bag (inside the tub) to protect it from environmental moisture and
make it easier to handle. And at the risk of sounding like we're nagging: don't
get the scoop wet!
