Author Biography:

Colin Clark is a lecturer in social policy at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. He is the coauthor of "Moving Thoughts." Margaret Greenfields is a research associate at the University of London's Thomas Coram Research Unit and also works for the Family Rights Group.
