Following stints in the Middle East, Germany, the SouthPacific, the Seychelles he settled in Australia and worked for10years as senior physician at the Nambour Hospital on the SunshineCoast in Queensland. In his twilight years he has again set offtravelling and is now working once more in the Middle East.
The interest in herbal medicine developed during his travels withtime in third world environments and exposure to the localtreatment options. Traditional treatment has become an increasinginterest over the last 15 years, culminating in a series ofarticles for the Australian General Practitioners Journal. Thesearticles have now been revised and updated as the source of thisbook.
