He is a graduate of Davidson College, received his medical degree from Wake Forest University, and received his MBA at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Cheryl Hoover is a registered pharmacist, who after a cancer diagnosis became certified in plant-based nutrition. She believes that there is a Pharmacy in Your Kitchen that you should use every day to prevent disease and be healthy.
