Susan Neal RN, MBA, MHS, published the award-winning book 7 Steps to Get Off Sugar and Carbohydrates and its corresponding Bible study Christian Study Guide for 7 Steps to Get Off Sugar and Carbohydrates. Her other books include, Scripture Yoga, a #1 Amazon best-seller, and Yoga for Beginners. Her passion and mission is to improve the health of the body of Christ. She is a Certified Christian Health and Wellness Coach with the American Association of Christian Counselors.
