We will consider the appropriate antitrust eu forcement standards for physician networks, the need for reform of the medical liability system, and how a relaxation on the liability of volunteers could encourage more people to donate their time to nongrofit organizations. T is morning, the committee will first hear - actually second hear - from Robert Pitofsky, Chairman of the Federal Trade Com mission, ou the Antitrust Health Care Advancement Act of 1996. That is h.r. 2925, legislation which I have introduced to ensure that the conduct of certain provider networks receives rule of rea son consideration for purposes of the antitrust laws.
