Author Biography:

W. Daniel Hale is Professor of Psychology at Stetson University, DeLand, Florida. He is author of Building Healthy Communities through Medical-Religious Partnerships (with Richard G. Bennett, 2002). Harold G. Koenig, M.D., is Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Internal Medicine and Director of Psychiatric Services at Duke University Geriatric Evaluation. He is author of the Fortress Press book Pastoral Care of Older Adults (with Andrew J. Weaver, Creative Pastoral Care and Counseling Series, 1998).
