"Great for new cooks - and even older ones learn something."

Ever read recipes and think “How do you do that?” Then this is the book you need. Lots of explanation about terms used in cooking, followed with some great basic recipes for delicious food. This is also the perfect book for teaching children the “how to do it” in a fun and hassle-free way. It now sits beside the Edmonds Cookbook in my cupboard, and I'm guessing will be used as much.

I cannot believe the budding bakers have this available to them. I could have done with this starting married life. EXCELLENT and very patient with step-by-step instructions on just about EVERYTHING! A must to put into a young bride's parcel.
