This chair looks very professional and well built, sitting in it for short periods is fine, however after prolonged use its flaws become apparent. The adjustable back setting is confined to a few options at big increments, none of which are particularly ergonomic. The seat itself does not sit level with the floor so if you spin around on the chair you can feel it rise and fall, meaning you often have to find a comfortable spot to sit.
The head rest is useless but luckily it can be easily removed or added. I didn't find the arm rest to be particularly useful or comfortable so this was also removed.It's actually a very tall chair which is something I like, however the other factors make it not not worth investing in.
