I like the quality of this chair. It has nice padding, but the back-piece is way to straight. Even if we loosen the screws a little to give it “leeway” its uncomfortably straight. However, its a good chair for a child. My daughter loves it. As for an adult, its probably better to get a more expensive, preferably adjustable chair, even if you're 5'2ft.
It disappointed with the lack of butt support. Tailbone gets a bit sore, hoped for more comfort. I'm actually going to give it a few more days and contact them if it doesn't get any better.
