Solid chair design, definitely more comfortable than the standard chair I had before, having the additional lumbar and head support is a great benefit to have, old chair might as well have been killing my back, Slight issues I had were during the setup, Back of the chair was quite hard to get into the correct place, not sure if that's a one off but it's not too bad as I got it sorted soon enough, another is that some of the holes for the screws aren't actually fully accessible straight away, had to poke a hole in the locations first as a bit of the material was still in the way, preventing the screws to go in at all. Would absolutely recommend the chair for gaming, even office use, totally worth it as the comfort isn't easily achieved from most regular chairs and the price is great compared to a majority of chairs on the market.

The wheels are good and top notch, but the materials the chair made from is so bad that your ass hurts and very sticky to sit on, more foam and some holes in the PU would of made it a better chair. Part of the plastic near the head area was cracked and broken when never been touched

There are things to like, but I have my reservations. I'd give it a 2.5.

The good: love the orange accents, the wheels and base are pretty solid, and the height adjustment is good. I like the gorilla emblem, which is made of material like a badge. The neck and back pillows are good.

The bad: there was a bit of rust on a metal piece. There seems to be something protruding in the back of the chair (facing outwards) like something snapped during shipping. This chair is also very firm. The actual seat itself is quite hard, more like an office chair than a gaming chair. Like another reviewer pointed out, this could be a problem. If I had tried this chair in store, I'm doubtful I would have picked it based on feel alone. Also, the arm rests are overly sensitive, so if you lean on them they start swivelling.

Overall, it's not bad and there are things to like about it, but mine had flaws and the firmness is not ideal.
