Good Moring USA is a warm and whimsical look at America and the Americans. The authors travelled over 7000 miles by Amtrak and Greyhound bus acros s the U.S.A. They met and lived with ordinary Americans in their homes and spent days on the train crossing Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Louisiana.
Gerry Evans was born in Aberystwyth, West Wales in 1937. He settled in New Zealand in 1963. He is the author of Where Giants Dwell and Shipping Out, and his work featured in Spectacular Babies, an anthology of new writing. He has an MA in creative writing from Victoria University of Wellington, where he lives with his wife and three teenage children. Peter Bush QSM is one of New Zealand's best known photographers. He has travelled extensively as a photographer throughout New Zealand and overseas - including working for various government departments, with the New Zealand Army in Malaya, and with many All Black rugby tours. He has published a number of photographic books and has contributed to numerous others.
