Her wide range of business experience, spanning more than twenty years, is applied in designing, facilitating, and evaluating programs in a variety of training areas.In 1993, Loraine developed a comprehensive three-phase training program, also called TEAM-ING WITH SUCCESS, which was designed to help build and maintain high-performing teams. Since then, additional games and activities have been developed that use hands-on learning experiences to promote constructive group dynamics.Loraine received her M.S. degree in human resource development from Towson State University in Maryland.
