This is the 3rd book I have read from this author. Her down to earth advice and comical illustrations make this book very easy to read and understand. I find the content to be very helpful and strongly recommend it to everyone.

Description

A book that goes hand-in-hand with I LOVE ME, GET OVER IT is a resource to help people feel more grounded in their ability to face the difficulties in their lives. It’s about facing up to the past and, well, getting over it. As Bev puts it:
‘The past can be a prison which traps us into the illusion that life is hard, that we are meant to suffer and that our fate is out of our hands. One day I decided that this was an extra burden that I could live without.'
