Author Biography:

ANOOP NAYAK is Professor in Social and Cultural Geography at Newcastle University, UK. He is author of the critically acclaimed ethnography Race, Place and Globalisation: Youth Cultures in a Changing World and co-author of Geographical Thought: An Introduction to Thought and Ideas in Human Geography (with Alex Jeffrey). MARY JANE KEHILY is Professor of Gender and Education at the Open University, UK. She is author of Sexuality, Gender and Schooling and co-author of Making Modern Mothers (with Rachel Thomson, Lucy Hadfield and Sue Sharpe).
