Arrived a little late, but worth it.

Looks awesome, incredibly detailed, visually incredible. Even the wife thought it was amazing.

It doesn't get any better than this for Gears of Wars fans. Superb detail and huge in size, but not recommended for taking out in public, or going on recon missions past your letter box. It looks superbly mean and is a welcome buddy when pestered by unwelcome marketers and sellers at the front door. Also proven to scare small mammals and incidents involving the replica Retro Lancer are sure to get their own special episode of ‘Police Ten’ in the future. Honestly, how can you have aspirations to joing Delta Squad and fight the Locusts and not have this gun-!

Looks absolutely amazing, details are spot on, just the right weight if your planning to chug it around a expo all day (Armageddon).

Noise could be better but doesn't downgrade it's looks.

Quite sturdy and looks like it will last.

Great to add to any room. Could do with a stand; just going to have to build one.

these are pretty cool, but they should have been heavier, and not so plasticy, the detail is pretty good though.

the middle aged emo modeling the retro lancer in those pics doesn't do much to sell it either…

I freaking love the Retro Lancer. The Retro Lancer is by far the coolest piece if kit I've ever bought.

I would also like to get a replica size Mark II Lancer just to add to the collection.

It looks good but if u hold it is too light and quality is not like real. But must think about price. Good with this price.

I purchased a second hand one which was missing the knife. However that didn't bother me. I have put a paintball gun inside and it looks and feel great. It is quite strong the plastic as well which it did not seem at first. For what I wanted it for it has worked great!

It does look good on the wall, from a distance… My “gun-toting” buddy grumbled that, “Whoever designed that thing doesn't know much about real guns.” :) Also, would have been good to have a fully detachable bayonet, and an actual gun barrel, maybe with a laser pointer/torch inside. Nevertheless looking forward to the next Armageddon and Hallowe'en.

Was thinking of getting a sword or something like that to put on the wall, but this is a hell of a lot better and at a comparable price. Its got a pretty good paint job and a good weight to it. Noise ain't that great but hey its still a lancer. Overall pretty cool recommended for people who like GOW, awesome things, giant boxes and styrofoam.

Bought this at the Mighty Ape Armageddon stall and have loved it since. The only problem I have is the sound. When batteries are put in and you pull the trigger, all it sounds like is a bit of paper stuck in a fan. Overall a greatly detailed piece, perfect for display in a man cave or light enough for costume use.
