ADRIAN SARGEANT is the director of the Hartsook Centre for Sustainable Philanthropy at Plymouth University in the UK. He is the author and coauthor of several books, including Fundraising Management, Building Donor Loyalty, and Marketing Management for Nonprofit Organizations. JEN SHANG is director of Research at the Hartsook Centre for Sustainable Philanthropy at Plymouth University and professor of Philanthropic Psychology. The world's only philanthropic psychologist, her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Chronicle of Philanthropy and on National Public Radio.
