Author Biography:

CEO, Author, Speaker & Serial Frantrepreneur! Lonnie has over 27 years in the franchise industry working with companies such as Super 8 Motels(R), Ident-A-Kid(R), and many more. Recognized as the pioneer in the mobile computer service franchise sector, Lonnie was the founder of Computer Doctor(R) the first franchise of its kind and two other technology franchise chains; Expetec(R) Technology Services & InstantFX Web Services. From 2006 - 2009, Lonnie was President and Chief Operations Officer of Ident-A-Kid Services of America(R) the largest child safety franchise in the United States. He is currently CEO of Helgerson Franchise Group, a platform company that owns and operates franchise brands. In addition, Helgerson Franchise Group provides outsourced franchise services for new, emerging, and mature franchise systems. Lonnie has served on many boards and committees including two-term Chairman, VetFran committee, International Franchise Association; the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives Board of Governors; International Franchise Association Franchisor Forum; Board of Advisors at The International Institute of Franchise Education, H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Nova Southeastern University; and Board of Directors of the Franchisor Association of Florida.
