Before that Monday date the hypocrite Shepherd stockpiles sixty cases of whiskey for his personal use. Aug. 2, 1923 President Warren Gamaliel 'Big Foot' Harding did not die from a heart attack as the press declared he was cyanide murdered. He had chosen to spend a couple of hibernating days while staying with his mistress Carrie Fulton Phillip wife of a business associate of Harding on a ship berthed in San Frisco. Scalise and Anselmi two of Al Capone gunmen boarded the vessel and administered the poison. The gunmen were slain to keep them silent. Harding's wife Florence "Flossie" Mabel King De Wolfe a divorcee, who is five years older than he, refuses to allow an autopsy. She and Asst A.G. Jess Smith come under suspicion.
