Barry Posner is the award-winning Accolti EndowedProfessor of Leadership at the Leavey School of Business at SantaClara University, and an internationally renowned scholar andeducator. Kouzes and Posner have written over 30 books and workbooks onleadership, including The Leadership Challenge, now in itsfifth edition. They have been at the forefront of leadershipresearch for over three decades. Michael Bunting is the Founder and Managing Director ofleadership development consultancy WorkSmart Australia, and a guestlecturer in the University of Sydney's award-winning Executive MBAprogram.
