Description

Everybody Sing! History is an exciting collection of inspiring and catchy songs to bring extra enjoyment to History learning. Linked with the Key Stage 2 curriculum, these songs are modern, fun and easy to learn. They uncover amazing facts about important areas of history including: the Romans, the Vikings, the Ancient Greeks, World War II and the first railways. These songs are perfect for concerts, assemblies and classrooms and a brilliant way of bringing music and singing into other areas of the curriculum. Dates, facts, key historical figures and the catchy melodies will not be forgotten once these songs have been sung! Each song is presented as an easy-to-follow lyric sheet to use along with the CD. There is a piano score with guitar chords for each song for teachers who accompany their pupils, or find following a score helpful. After the piano score you will find a helpful step-by-step guide to teaching the song. We hope these songs will bring music and history lessons to life!
