Author Biography

B. Guy Peters is Maurice Falk Professor of Government at the University of Pittsburgh and Senior Fellow of the Canadian Centre for Management Development. Christian Hunold studied at the University of Hamburg and is a doctoral candidate at the University of Pittsburgh.
