Author Biography

Nigel Foster is LLM Degree Programme Leader at Robert Kennedy College, Zurich, Switzerland and Visiting Professor of European Law, Europa Institut, Saarland University, Saarbrucken, Germany. He has extensive experience teaching and examining EU law over 30 years and is the author of several OUP titles including the best-selling Blackstone's EU Treaties and Legislation.
