Annabel always manages to produce books with a great range of recipes that can easily be prepared by the home cook. Great suggestions for menus for entertaining and preparation tips. As with all Annabel's recipes, the quantity is quite large so they are good for feeding a crowd and entertaining.
I have made many recipes from Annabel's Essential book and we love them, taste great, quick and easy and the best bit, I usually have what I need in my pantry. I purchased Essentials two and loved it so much that I decided to get the first book as well.
